I just had an overwhelming urge to email my teacher back

I spend way too much time online.

Today’s race:
Although I fell short of getting under 25 minutes, the fact that it was cold out and I am not used to running in the cold didn’t help. Also for this race they change the course depending on how the roads are, so 1 tiny hill and 1 bigger hill didn’t help either. As well as the fact that I worked 3rd shift and then ran it, I really can’t complain.
I wanted to get 25, but you can’t always get what you want. We have another 5k in May, I think I’m going to destroy that.

- Guy: HEY, do you know how that free breakfast works?
- Me: It's open from 7-10.
- Guy: So is there like, a kitchen, or do you bring food up to us?
- Me: (point to the breakfast area) It's right there...?
4 Hours 30 Minutes before my first race for the year.
I’m exhausted, so I hope that won’t damper too bad on my performance. Shooting for under 25 minutes and I’ll be happy to do that.
