Abs:
Since I slacked off this week with only doing one day of abs on Monday, which I have no excuse with them only taking five minutes of my day, I decided to do 8:00 minutes worth tonight.
:45 crunches
:45 right obliques
:45 left obliques
:45 Bicycle
:45 Reverse crunches
:45 long arm crunch
:45 cross over crunch
:45 half curl
:45 vertical leg (suuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked)
1:15 plank
Really need to start doing them at least 3 times a week because I want a better core for this running year.
